This is an invitation for you to join me and a group of likeminded women on this sacred 6-week journey filled with self-discovery and profound healing.

Wheter you are a seasoned Ayurvedic enthusiast or completely new to it, you will be immersed in time tested wellness wisdom to really lift you to a new state of wellbeing.

Using Ayurvedic principles, we will identify, experiment and enhance our relationship with food & learn how to feed our body, mind and soul to enjoy a life of vitality, joy and wellness.

I will show you how to  modify and implement lifestyle habits that will unstuck you and your health once and for all.

The main purpose of a women’s circle is to help you to unstuck yourself by understanding the patterns of behaviour that makes you feel disempowered and lost. You will learn how to fix the root of the problems to unstuck yourself and set you free on a new path of wellness, joy and vitality.

Healing in a community setting with the careful guidance of a wellness coach is a healthier and faster way to find balance and wellness.

At the end of the program you will you have a new outlook on wellness and a sustainable new foundation for a healthy and happy living.

A bit about me

I am an ex-lawyer turned Ayurveda practitioner and Women’sHolistic Wellness Coach registered with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) in London, APA and AAPUK. Currently, I am studying a postgraduate degree in Biophysics and Integrative Practices in Medicine.

It was only after reaching the rock bottom of unhappiness and chronic unwellness that I realised something had to change. Ayurveda found me when I was searching for natural solutions to stop medicating my son for ADHD. My son not only came out of those horrible tablets but I too, was able to heal myself naturally from burnout, chronic hypertension and most recently arthritis.

I can safely say that I have hands-on experience on natural healing. My health obstacles served as a catalyst for a profound change in my life and career. My mission is to show you how I did it, inspire and empower you to take control of your health and well-being to lead a life of balance and fulfilment.

I offer a welcoming and educational approach that goes beyond simply recommending Ayurvedic foods and remedies – I offer ongoing support, focused on meaningful and practical interaction.

My passion is the application of ancient Ayurvedic principles and other healing tools in a practical and clear way adapted to the context of modern living. Working with me creates space for a profound transformation within and around you.

What if I can’t make the live calls?

All calls will be recorded for those unable to attend the live session and shared only with group members within our group. However, I really encourage you to do what you can to prioritise the live calls as live interactions add a great deal to your healing journey.

Is a women circle right for me?

If this is your first women circle, it can be slightly intimidating to speak and share in a group call but the benefits of getting together as a group are huge as you will get a sense of belonging where you see you are not alone, you will learn not only from me but from other like-minded women. You will also benefits from all that is shared in our private WhatsApp group, regular check-in calls and material that you can consume in your own time.
