HELLO! I’M VIVIAN CAVICCHIOLI

An ex-lawyer turned Ayurveda & Holistic Health Practitioner, registered with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) in London, the Ayurvedic Professionals Association (APA), and the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals UK (AAPUK).

I am currently undertaking a Postgraduate Degree in Biophysical Technologies Applied to Health, further strengthening my integrative and evidence-informed approach to wellbeing.

My journey into holistic health began after personally navigating burnout, chronic hypertension, and, more recently, an autoimmune condition — rheumatoid arthritis. These experiences became a turning point, leading me to explore natural, sustainable ways of healing and restoring balance.

Today, my mission is simple: to empower women to take ownership of their health, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate a life of vitality, balance, and fulfilment.

I offer a warm, educational, and deeply supportive approach that goes beyond recommendations alone. My work is rooted in practical guidance, meaningful dialogue, and ongoing support tailored to real life.

Ayurvedic Treatment

Ayurveda, the science of life, takes a holistic view at the body, mind and emotions and goes towards the root of health symptoms to understand the problem and treat its roots to achieve complete and definitive healing.

My integrated approach combines ancient wisdom with traditional and complementary disciplines to find solutions to support your unique type.

TRG – EMOTIONAL THERAPY

TRG is a guided process that helps you safely reprocess stressful or traumatic memories using breathwork and focused awareness. The aim is to release emotional charge, support healthy brain integration, and help you move from reactivity to calm and clarity.

Each session includes a brief check-in, guided preparation into a relaxed state, and structured reprocessing using breath and sensory focus. You remain in control throughout, and we regularly check your comfort levels. The session ends with grounding to ensure you feel stable and balanced.

You do not need to share your trauma in detail, and the process does not erase memories — it helps the brain reprocess and store them in a healthier way, reducing emotional triggers over time.

Fee: £50 (50-minute session + 10-minute check-in)
